Mud Alert: we answer the rain before it dries

Here's the desert's dirty trick: a five-minute sprinkle doesn't wash your panels — it turns four months of dust into wet clay, and by 10 AM the sun has fired it into a mud glaze that cuts output harder than the dust ever did.

So we watch the same 10-day forecast our dispatch runs on. When light rain crosses the valley, Shine Club members get a text within hours — pick a slot, and we rinse the mud off before it bakes in. That's the whole trick, and nobody else in the valley does it.

Panel Patrol: eyes on your roof, feet on the ground

Once a year (twice on the estate tier), an FAA Part 107 certificated operator flies your array — your roof only, with your written consent — and you get a report: soiling score, cracked glass, hot-spot suspects, pigeon activity, racking rust.

Snowbirds love it for the obvious reason: it's proof your investment is fine, delivered to Michigan in August. And after a dust storm rolls the valley, Patrol flyovers tell us whose roofs got hit worst — so the rinse routes go where they're needed first.

Drone flights follow FAA Part 107, LAANC airspace authorization where required, and photograph only the subscriber's property.
